We strive to display product information, including colors and dimensions, as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color display on your device's screen will be completely accurate. All dimensions are approximate and may have reasonable tolerances due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship.
3. Pricing and Payment
As an export-oriented manufacturer, prices are not listed publicly and are provided upon request (Price on Request - POR). Quotes are provided based on product specifications, quantity, and destination. Payment terms will be specified in the official Proforma Invoice. Payment must be completed as per the agreed terms before we process and ship the order.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content contained on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Top Garden Furniture or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Top Garden Furniture be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts in Indonesia.
