Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is a 1 x 20-foot container. This allows for the most efficient shipping and value. However, we are flexible and can discuss smaller orders (LCL - Less than Container Load) for specific products or projects. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Yes, absolutely. We specialize in custom designs and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) production for hospitality projects, designers, and international brands. You can provide us with your technical drawings or design concepts, and our team will work with you to develop prototypes and manage full-scale production.

We are experts in a range of premium outdoor materials:

• Teak Wood: We use high-grade Indonesian teak, legally sourced and certified (e.g., SVLK/FLEGT) for its exceptional durability and weather resistance.
• Aluminum: We use lightweight, rust-proof aluminum frames with powder-coated finishes for a sleek, modern look.
• Synthetic Rattan & Rope: Our all-weather wicker and rope materials are UV-resistant and hand-woven by skilled Jepara artisans.

Production lead time generally ranges from 45 to 60 days after the down payment is confirmed and all technical details are approved. This timeframe can vary depending on the complexity of the order, the materials used, and the current production schedule. We will provide a more precise timeline in your Proforma Invoice.

We ship our furniture worldwide. Our standard shipping term is FOB (Free On Board) from the port of Semarang, Indonesia. This means the buyer is responsible for the main sea freight, insurance, and destination charges. We can also provide quotations for CNF (Cost and Freight) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) upon request. We handle all export documentation (SVLK, Bill of Lading, etc.) for a smooth customs process.

Our standard payment terms are a 50% down payment upon order confirmation (to begin production) and a 50% balance payment upon container loading, against copies of the shipping documents (Bill of Lading). We accept payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). For large-volume orders, an L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight may be negotiable.

Teak is very low maintenance. If left untreated, it will naturally weather to a beautiful silvery-grey patina. If you wish to maintain its original honey-gold color, you will need to apply a high-quality teak oil or sealer periodically (e.g., once or twice a year, depending on the climate). For general cleaning, simply use mild soap and water.

Our office and production facility are located in Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia. This city is internationally recognized as the historical center of Indonesia's (and one of the world's) finest furniture craftsmanship. We welcome clients to visit our factory by appointment.
